Details – A perfect example of what an Amazon authority website can do for your business. Making around $2k/m in profit, it sold for a very nice $60,000.

Keywords Targeted – The site is based solely around the sport of lacrosse and ranks for hundreds of keywords targeting various products.

Backlinks – According to MajesticSEO, the site only has 26 backlinks from a total of 10 referring domains. So it wouldn't take much work at all to rank a similar site.

What My Plan Would Be To Clone The Results – I would set up a brand new site using a domain name that has 'lacrosse' within it. I would then create 1,000 word content posts that target relevant keywords and also have reviews on as many related products as I can find on Amazon. I would want to create at least 50 unique pages on the site and each will have my Amazon affiliate links on.

Potential keywords I would target:

lacrosse

lacrosse sticks

lacrosse stick reviews

best lacrosse sticks

lacrosse boots

lacrosse boot reviews

best lacrosse boots

lacrosse cleats

lacrosse helmet

lacrosse helmets

lacrosse gear

lacrosse gloves

and other related keywords found during research.

I would use social, Web 2.0 and PBN links to rank the site over the course of 12+ months.

The aim would be to get to $1500+ per month in profit and then sell for $60,000+

The Sniper Lab is all about creating small 3-5 page websites that target buyer keywords with an Exact Match Domain (EMD).

You simply browse the Amazon marketplace to find products, then put those into the Google keyword planner and see what searches come up. Find one that gets 250+ searches a month that has a .com available domain and you're good to go!

You can use a free keyword tool like this one to get more accurate search volumes than the Google keyword planner now gives you.

These are really simple sites to make and each can make you 4 figures in profit when you sell them. They make great additions to add to your Amazon empire.

Easy Local SEO Rankings

I have always stayed away from local SEO as I prefer to just do my own thing and not have to deal with clients. But I have been persuaded a couple of times to help people I know or friends of friends with their business SEO.

One thing I can say is that it's by far the easiest way to bring in a monthly income and the rankings are super simple to get.

Here's a screenshot of one of my clients who took a big leap onto page 1 just last week:

The only thing you need with local SEO is social links, citations and then maybe a few PBN or guest post links. Make sure their main keyword is in the title and/or URL of each link and within a few months you'll get results.

There's no magic formula here, all you need to do is ask around your friends and family and offer to help a local business. When they get results, they will share with other businesses and before you know it you have 4 or 5 figures coming in every single month like clockwork.

Questions that have been sent in this month:

Q – How long before my brand new site can make money?

A – This obviously depends on a lot of factors. But as an average, I don't aim to rank any site in Google within 4 months. I take things slow and natural. You can go faster but it comes with a risk. For long tail keywords, those can be ranked in 2 months or so.

Q – Do EMD sites still work?

A – This is a common question and the answer is yes. But it's important to check the competition on page 1 to see what is already ranked. If there are EMD sites then it's a great sign. If the top ten is filled with authority sites then it may be tough.

Q – Do you use any of the new TLD extensions like .online or .website?

A – I prefer to have .com .net and .org extensions for my money sites and PBN's.

Q – What's a good niche to go in to?

A – As long as there are products to buy and enough search volume to make it worth it, any niche can be profitable. It's just about doing a small amount of research before you start. Look for lots of products with many reviews, then do some keyword research and choose good ones to target. Build your site, point some links and you'll have a good site that can make money for years to come.
