Details – This is yet another perfect example of an affiliate niche specific website. Making $330 per month and sold for $11,000. Whilst it uses Adsense primarily, it could easily be monetized with Amazon products too.

Keywords Targeted – It targets keywords related to house interiors, luxury items and design.

Backlinks – The site has 964 links from less than 100 referring domains according to MajesticSEO.

What My Plan Would Be To Clone The Results – I would set up a brand new site using a domain name that had the word 'house' in it. I would then create 3,000 word content posts that target relevant keywords and place Amazon native ads on each page. I would most likely need to have 100+ posts on the site to become more of an authority but these can be added on an ongoing basis.

I would use social, Web 2.0 and PBN links to rank the site over the course of 12+ months. I would heavily focus on getting topically related and thematically related backlinks.

The aim would be to get to $1,000+ per month in profit and then sell for $30,000 - $40,000.

The Sniper Lab is all about creating small 3-5 page websites that target buyer keywords with an Exact Match Domain (EMD).

You simply browse the Amazon marketplace to find products, then put those into the Google keyword planner and see what searches come up. Find one that gets 250+ searches a month that has a .com available domain and you're good to go!

You can use a free keyword tool like this one to get more accurate search volumes than the Google keyword planner now gives you.

These are really simple sites to make and each can make you 4 figures in profit when you sell them. They make great additions to add to your Amazon empire.

Start Your 2020 Early Planning

Right now is a great time to plan new sites for various occasions. Whilst I do prefer evergreen sites that make money all year round, it's still good to make sure you have every season covered.

So it's a good time to make sites that will rank in 6 months time. Halloween, Christmas, then onto health again for January 2020. If you leave it too late then you won't rank in time.

It's a good idea to plan them out right now and get them built.

Also, think about terms with '2020' in them already. If you start to rank for those this year, then you'll be hard to knock off when people start actually searching for those terms.

You get the idea....I guess you could say you need '2020 vision'!

Rank for those terms now and it will pay off handsomely for you next year.

This can be done with any niche and any terms. Just look for popular 2018 terms and switch out the year, as they will almost certainly be popular next year too.

This is an easy way to beat the competition and dominate for hundreds of terms when they become popular.

Q – Do you use any paid traffic?

A – I still prefer to rank sites in Google and get free traffic, so I don't do any paid traffic to my affiliate sites.

Q – Is the buying market still busy?

A – It's incredibly busy and I don't see it changing any time soon. Websites that make money are a real commodity and safer than some other investments right now.

Q – Are you doing anything different with your sites than in previous years?

A – Nothing in terms of on-page is different. I am using more social sites to get traffic however, like Instagram and Pinterest. Those become assets too when selling sites, so can increase the value with not too much extra effort.
