Details – This is another great example of what you can do in 12-18 months. A site making $2,000-$3,000 a month and after only a few months of it making that it sells for a nice 5 figure sum.

The site doesn't use Amazon currently but you can buy the weight loss product on Amazon, so it could easily be monetized with it.

Keywords Targeted – It targets mainly garcinia cambogia phrases and product review phrases.

Backlinks – According to MajesticSEO, the site has links from 51 referring domains. The anchor text used is very heavy on the main keyword, which can be an issue sometimes but it seems to be working for the site at present.

What My Plan Would Be To Clone The Results – I would set up a brand new site using a domain name that has the word garcinia or garcinia cambogia in it (I would check for trademarks first). As it only has 54 pages on the site, my aim would be to have 30-50 well optimized articles on the site eventually. These can be gradually added over time.

I would use social, Web 2.0 and PBN links to rank the site over the course of 12-24+ months. I would heavily focus on getting topically related and thematically related backlinks.

The aim would be to get to $1000+ per month in profit and then sell for $15,000+

The Sniper Lab is all about creating small 3-5 page websites that target buyer keywords with an Exact Match Domain (EMD).

You simply browse the Amazon marketplace to find products, then put those into the Google keyword planner and see what searches come up. Find one that gets 250+ searches a month that has a .com available domain and you're good to go!

You can use a free keyword tool like this one to get more accurate search volumes than the Google keyword planner now gives you.

These are really simple sites to make and each can make you 4 figures in profit when you sell them. They make great additions to add to your Amazon empire.

Site Purchase Update

As I mentioned recently, I purchased an Amazon affiliate site with the aim to increase it's rankings and then flip when the time is right. It was making $10-$100 when I purchased it just over a month ago.

I've added 100 social links to the site and 3 PBN links currently. All links are very relevant using the main keywords in the title and/or URL of each site linking to it. I fully expect rankings to climb further once these links kick in properly but these are the results so far:

The green circles show the ranking increases this month and the number of monthly keywords are shown too. So these are pretty decent search numbers.

It has made $20 in the first 5 days of this month, so the potential is certainly there for me to increase it to $200+ per month.

Questions that have been sent in this month:

Q – I'm seeing new sites jump around in Google a lot, is this normal?

A – Yes this happens a lot. If a site is less than 12 months old then it's normal to see big jumps up and also big jumps down. Sites with age seem to settle down a lot more.

Q – Does a PBN have to be in the same niche as the money site you want to link to?

A – No it doesn't. But you must get your main keywords of your money site in the title of the homepage (if that's where your backlink is). If the link is on an inner page and doesn't show on the homepage then get your main keywords in the title and URL of the page. Really important for relevance.

Q – How will the new Chrome update in July affect websites?

A – It could have an impact if you're not using SSL on your sites. That's why I'm using it on all my new sites and will probably convert older sites if I see a big impact when the update rolls out.
